When organizing digital files you want to organize those files and make them easy to find. Key to these goals is using filenames that make sense. When storing those files you need a folder structure that allows you to quickly organize and find those files. Template folders allow you to create a folder structure once and then reuse that structure. At the start of a new year you can copy the Annual Template folder to save time and make your data more consistent.
I use an underscore character as a prefix to the template folder name. When you display the folder contents this makes the template folders appear at the top of an alphabetical list of folders and files. Do not hesitate to create your own template folders when organizing your digital assets.

- Personal Template for employment, medical, education, and general details
You can also create templates for business records, client details, etc.
