There are many ways to prepare Thrive foods. Some foods such as apples, bananas, corn, strawberries taste great when eaten directly from the can. Here are a few ideas:
- Hydrate Veggies: Add about 1/2 as much water as veggies and wait about 10 minutes. When making soups you can also add them directly to the broth and heat slowly. The ingredients will hydrate as the water heats.
- Powder: You can easily powder an ingredient and add it to your recipes to add the flavor and nutrients.
- Baby Food: Powder a product (or mixture of products) and add water. Allow the powder to hydrate and slowly add water until you get the desired consistency. You can create baby food with no additives, artificial coloring, or preservatives.
